
What is the IADT Student Services ACCESS service?
Our mission is to support the participation of non-typical students at IADT, and to promote a teaching and learning environment suitable for diverse learners. The Access Service is located in the Student Services suite in the Carriglea Building, Room C006D. The work of the Access Service can be split into three areas: Pre-Entry Activities.
How do I log in to IADT?
To log in use your student number as your username followed by @iadt.ie (so, for example, n001234567@iadt.ie ). Please note that this username is not exactly the same as your actual email address (@iadt.ie instead of @student.iadt.ie), this is because that username is used for a number of Microsoft based services.
How can we promote access to IADT for under-represented groups?
We run a range of outreach programmes to local schools and promote access to IADT for under-represented groups. Post-Entry Supports: We provide supports for students from under-represented groups who are currently attending IADT.
What is the IADT Masters by research programme?
IADT's Masters by Research programme offers you the opportunity to conduct your research and academic study with a dedicated supervisory team of internationally recognised experts. IADT welcomes applications for Masters by Research on a rolling basis, applicants can submit their expression of interest to mastersbyresearch@iadt.ie

What is the student experience team at IADT?
The Student Experience Team at IADT continues to provide inclusive support services to all students of the institute during the COVID 19 pandemic whether you are working on campus or remotely
What is IADT Careers Centre?
The IADT Careers Centre is available to help and support students and graduates in their career planning and research. For advice and guidance on anything careers related – CV, LinkedIn, Interview, Career Choice, Career Progression -you can email and/or avail of one to one appointments.
What is the access office?
The Access office is available to support students who may have concerns or queries for advice on financial supports. The Access Service’s mission is to support the participation of non-typical students at IADT, and to promote a teaching and learning environment suitable for diverse learners.
What is disability support?
The Disability Support service aims to promote inclusion, advocacy and active participation in college life. The service provides equal access to education for IADT students with a range of disabilities and mental health conditions.
Is IADT student union available?
The Student Experience team and the Student’s Union are available to offer support to all IADT students across the 2020/2021 academic year. Due to the current pandemic, some services may operate remotely at times throughout the term, however this will not impact the quality level of support available to students.

We’re committed to always keeping our services accessible, simple, and informed by the best technology. Right now, LYNDA.COM on-demand learning 24/7, our three Wi-Fi networks, the quick-link Remote File Access system and encrypted online payments are part of the IADT engine!
Information Services
From trans-campus printing to getting a discount on that new Mac you really want, and sorting out specialist software to troubleshooting, our ICT teams are on campus and on hand to help with computer support, video-conferencing, repro, scanning… whatever.
Library
Looking for print or online study aids? Maybe a DVD? Our Virtual Library service and self-service system make using these invaluable resources quicker, easier and more effective than ever.
Student Card
Please email us your photo to studentidcard@iadt.ie – information on requirements is available here . You will be able to collect your student card during your relevant First Year Focus session. These cards will last you for the duration of your programme. If you lose your cards, you can purchase a replacement.
Fee Payment
Please use our on-line facility for fee payment by credit/debit card. Payment should be made by clicking https://epay.iadt.ie/invoice

Logging in to IADT's Online Services
IADT has a number of online services. How much you use each one will vary depending on which programme you are studying as different programmes have different needs. It is important that you know how to access them all.
Car Parking
Please ensure you pay for parking until you receive your permit – do not risk getting clamped. IADT are not responsible for costs involved in de-clamping any car without a permit or receipt
Communication with Students
The Academic + Student Affairs team members along with the Faculty Administrative Office will communicate with you via your student email address ONLY.
